BYD: Streamlight TLR-7 A Pistol Light

The TLR-7 series has long been our go-to compact pistol light. The original TLR-7 suffered from an inferior switch design which made it difficult for most shooters to activate the light. Streamlight corrected that issue with the new HIGH and LOW switch options, which come standard with the TLR-7A, making it one of the easiest pistol lights to activate while shooting one-handed and without breaking a two-handed grip. Plus, it’s tough and clocks in at 500 lumens with moderate candela and a 1.5-hour battery run time.

We believe the ability to activate a white light on a pistol or rifle is the most important upgrade one can have, and it’s critical to be able to activate the light without significantly altering your grip while shooting. The high switch option on the TLR-7A allows for that.
